CLASS NEWS

Oak Class

This week, the children have responded with enthusiasm and style to their writing project – a non-chronological report about the life of evacuees. This was in preparation for the Year 6 writing moderation on Monday morning in Dorchester. I am looking forward to sharing the work of the children with colleagues. All the children worked hard right up to the deadline. In maths, we have been looking at number sequences and finding the nth term. We are looking forward continuing this next week. In science, we have been planning our own investigation related to inherited characteristics. Next week, we are looking forward to plotting this data on a graph – as well as completing our PIRA, PUMA and GAPS tests! (Mrs Clasby)
