Ollie kindly played his cornet for us this morning as part of our Battle of the Somme assembly.
Mr Marshall explained to the pupils the significance of the day.
Ollie then played the last post followed by Mr Marshall blowing a long blow on his whistle.
The school then fell silent to remember all of those that had fought during the battle 100 years ago.
