Dear Parents,

The children thoroughly enjoyed the Pantomime yesterday and their behaviour was a credit to the school.

On behalf of the school, I would like to thank the PTFA and everyone else who was involved in the Christmas Bazaar. The Hall buzzed with excitement as the children and their families went around the different stalls. Over £500 was raised, which is a fantastic amount.

Another belated thank you needs to go to Mrs Wattridge and her family for entering a scarecrow, on behalf of the school, in the Round Table competition. They came joint-first and have raised £50 for the school.

Finally, well done to the children who took part in the Carol Service at Stour Provost Church. They spoke well and sang beautifully. Well done to Matthew who confidently played his violin at the beginning of the service. We had some lovely comments about the service afterwards.

Thank you to Reverend Richard, Anthony and the other members of Stour Provost community in helping us put on this event and to Mr Stanford who played the organ to accompany our singing.

We wish you a Merry Christmas and we look forward to seeing you in the New Year on Wednesday 3rd January.

Miss Gale
