Dear All,

I hope to see as many of you as possible tomorrow morning at 9am for the Harvest Assembly, all are very welcome. It would be great if you could send along a donation of food to the assembly with your child. All donations of fresh produce will be sold at the end of the assembly and the preserved foods will be donated to the Trussell Trust in Gillingham, a food bank that provides emergency food and support to people in crisis.

I also need to bring to your attention a couple of safety issues. We have a number of children in school who are allergic to nuts and for that reason we are a ‘Nut free zone’. Could you please ensure that you do not send to school any type of nut in your child’s lunch box. Thank you for your cooperation in this.

Secondly, could I kindly ask that you keep children off the wall in the car park once they have been dismissed from school at the end of the day. There have been a couple of incidents recently with children falling off the wall. There is a nasty drop on the near side and I would not want any child to end up with a serious injury as a result of falling off the wall. Again your cooperation in this would be gratefully received.

Hope to see you tomorrow in assembly.

Kind regards

Martin Marshall
