Dear All

Thank you to all that supported the Number Day this morning. The staff and pupils enjoyed it, I hope that you did as well? I also hope that you found seeing your children in action, the chance to ask staff questions and the maths workshop both fun and informative. The next event to look forward to is ‘Back in time’ – Curriculum Showcase on February 24th, all are most welcome at 2.30pm. To view the Museum and the fantastic work your children have produced this half term. Then at the beginning of March there is the ‘World Book Day’ please see the separate letter from Miss Gale for details on how you and your child can be part of that day.

On a completely different note, I need to draw your attention to the Car Park once more. In the past week I have had it bought to my attention by different members of our school community that various events in the car park are causing concern. Please, please, please can you stand clear of the main car park entrance at the end of the school day and make sure that once your child is in your care that they remain with you, not on the wall or flower beds. If you are waiting to ‘pick up’ please wait in the disabled parking area, away from the flow of traffic. If you are driving into the car park can you please be considerate of pedestrians. Also can we be considerate when parking. The coned area by preschool is not to be parked in front of, for the safety of the children entering. And finally please do not park in the staff car parking spaces in front of the school. Your picture of a generic xanax cooperation with this would be greatly appreciated and will make pick up time a safer experience for all. Thank you.

Kind regards

Martin Marshall
