Dear All,

It’s very busy times at Stower Provost School at the moment now that the term is in full swing. There are a number of notices in this week’s letter.

With the changeable weather and autumn finally arriving, could we please ask that you ensure that your child has a coat with them when they are in school. We try to get outside in most weathers as long as it is safe to do so. Your cooperation in this would be appreciated.

We are very lucky to have very supportive parents at the school and an active PTFA. They are always looking for new members. The Annual General Meeting will be taking place in school on Thursday October 6th at 3pm, all are invited. It maybe that you just want to find out a little bit more about what they do or you may wish to offer your help. The fund raising and work undertaken by the PTFA is vital. Please come along and find out more.

Whatever you are doing this weekend enjoy!

Kind regards

Martin Marshall

Lunchtime Supervisor Needed – the school are looking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly and dedicated team.  The role will involve setting up the lunch hall for the children, including putting up tables and benches; supervising the children whilst they eat and afterwards whilst they play outside. If you are interested further details can be sort from Mrs Pike in the office.

And Finally……

I know many of the children were disappointed that Football Club was unable to run due to Matt’s other commitments. Well there is good news. We have found someone who can start a club after half term. So watch this space and once we have confirmed a day we will be getting you to sign up!
